Frequently Asked Questions
What is the storage policy for FBA inventory, and what are the consequences of not shipping items within the specified timeframe?
We only can store your FBA inventory upto 3 days including weekends. If your items are not shipped within 3 days, you will be charged storage fee from day 4 which is 10 cents per unit per day. After two weeks, your inventory will be discarded.
How long do customers have to clear their invoices, and what happens if there is a delay in payment?
Your invoices must be cleared in 2-3 days from the day they are received. Any further delay will result in additional cost and would terminate our services.
What should customers refrain from doing until their WhatsApp group is created by the company?
Do Not Process Anything Until Your WhatsApp Group Is Created By US, You Will Be Added To Announcement Group, Do Not Exit As Long As You Work With Us. We Share All Updates In That Group Only. Your Group Name Should Exactly Match The Name You Would Use For Your Orders Otherwise Consider Your Item Lost.
What is the company’s approach to processing items and the need for constant follow-ups?
We Do Not Need Constant Follow Ups, We Will Process Your Item Within 1 Day And Notify You When Received. Asking Us Every Hour Won’t Change Anything But Might End Up Our Partnership.
